Network Support Overview
Advantages of dedicated network support agreements:
¨ Provides for a more predictable cost for network support.
¨ Provides for preventative maintenance thereby greatly reducing the chance of unexpected downtime.
¨ In addition, Remote Monitor is employed to check for system failures or abnormalities on a perpetual basis.
¨ Emergency priority response time.
What is covered under this agreement.
¨ All Labor related to maintaining your network. This is all inclusive – It covers everything from recovering from a major system failure to resolving basic end user issues.
¨ All Labor related to providing preventive maintenance such as installing software patches and periodic cleaning of equipment.
¨ Scheduled onsite visits are included to check the most critical components of your network. Virus Protection Updates, Spyware Protection updates, System Error Logs, System Backups, Power Protection, and Firewall Protection are all checked to make sure they are updated and functioning properly.
¨ All Labor related to remote monitoring of your network.
What is not covered under this agreement.
¨ Parts – Parts that are worn out or defective and not still under manufacture warranty will be charged to the customer.
¨ New Installs – Any additional new equipment or software to be installed.
Standard Coverage Hours:
Provides access to the Professional NeTworks, Inc. Response Center between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Eastern, with remedial repairs performed during the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. local time, Monday through Friday, excluding national and company holidays.
